2021 La Cantera Pinot Noir

Along with its partner Cuartel 8D, La Cantera is one of our most premium Pinot Noir wines made from a very special block, planted on our most granite-rich land. This soil composition produces a raw juice that is pure “bones,” ready for the whole cluster fermentation where the leaves and stems provide flesh for the wine to cling to, bolstering its structure. The resulting wine has a beautiful texture and acidity that finishes with a silky and velvety mouthfeel. Expect notes of raspberries and fresh cranberries on the nose and a floral finish, with notes of lavender and dried rose petals.
