2018 Late Harvest

There were never plans to make a dessert wine at Kingston Family. To be honest, we've never been fans of sweet wines from the new world. They tend to be flat and lack balance. But a few weeks after harvest we stumbled upon two forgotten rows of Sauvignon Blanc and the grapes were perfect. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity.

The result was 850 liters of grape syrup that took almost 4 months to fully ferment because it was so cold. Our first Late Harvest feels full of complexity and depth and above all, balance. Read more in Amael's tasting notes ››
