There were never plans to make a dessert wine at Kingston Family. To be honest, we've never been fans of sweet wines from the new world. They tend to be flat and lack balance. But a few weeks after harvest we stumbled upon two forgotten rows of Sauvignon Blanc and the grapes were perfect. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity.
