We ferment our Cariblanco Sauvignon Blanc in small stainless steel barrels with a touch of French oak to bring together the best of the Old and New Worlds. Cariblanco offers bright, fresh citrus flavors on the nose with a seductively silky palate.
2019 gave us Sauvignon Blanc that was a bit more on the austere side. Structured and racy, with saline notes that give it some gravitas. The flavors and aromas are more subtle than the 2017 and 2018 Cariblanco. Maybe a bit more “textural” than previous Cariblancos. The word “classy” comes to mind.
