2019 CJ's Barrel Chardonnay
The grapes used to make the 2019 CJ’s Barrel Chardonnay underwent the winemaking process in separate lots, some aged in concrete eggs while others in stainless steel barrels. The freshest of the batch were fermented with their skins and then aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. What results is an elegant and subtle but highly complex wine that explodes with minerality and is ready to be uncorked at your leisure.
