Born for everyday enjoyment, our Tobiano Pinot Noir is less serious than its big brother Alazan. Tobiano is a blend of different parcels within the greater Kingston vineyard, and has been featured by the glass at respected restaurants such as Jean Georges in New York and the Four Seasons in London.

Delicate is a word I don’t often use when talking about the Kingston Pinot Noirs. But it's the best descriptor I have to describe the 2017 Tobiano. Like the 2016, the 2017 Tobiano is more nervy and linear than past vintages. It smells of red fruits, with light herbal notes and a lovely mouthfeel. It says drink me! Read more in Byron's tasting notes ››

**(93 points)** Aromas of tar, dried strawberries and some fresh herbs follow through a medium body, firm and silky tannins and a juicy finish. -*James Suckling* **(91 points)** - *Descorchados* **(90 points)** Fermented with 25% whole bunches and aged in older wood, this pale, scented, well- balanced Pinot Noir displays rose petal and wild strawberry notes, very subtle wood and palate-cleansing acidity. -*Tim Atkin* **(Between 9-9.5)** They have been picking their grapes earlier, experimenting with stem inclusion, and have ended up with some really elegant wines that I'm loving. Light garnet in the glass, this wine smells of red currant and briary green herbs. In the mouth, gorgeously lithe flavors of forest berries, dried flowers and green herbs are draped in gauzy tannins. Stunning acidity and purity, representing the logical conclusion of a stylistic evolution that Kingston has been on for the past 5 or so years. This is perhaps the best pinot they have made yet. - *Vinography*
