Born for everyday enjoyment, our Tobiano Pinot Noir is less serious than its big brother Alazan. Tobiano is a blend of different parcels within the greater Kingston vineyard, and has been featured by the glass at respected restaurants such as Jean Georges in New York and the Four Seasons in London.

In 2015, Tobiano is full of all the positive things that Casablanca offers—spicy fruit, freshness, lively acidity, and an interesting savory note. We steered clear of new oak, aging it in older barrels. It is medium-bodied on the palate, much brighter and racier than previous vintages. More than ever, it tastes like it could come from nowhere else.  Read More in Byron's tasting notes ››

**(92 points)** A subtle and refined pinot here from this American-owned winery. Medium body, shows freshness and tension. Pretty fruit and spice character. Pure. -*James Suckling* **(91 points)** Moderate reddish purple color in the glass. A fruit-forward wine with aromas of black cherry, strawberry and oak. Silky and highly approachable, driven by cherry and red berry flavors overlaid with savory oak. The lightest and most elegant of the three 2015 Kingston Pinot Noirs tasted, yet the wine delivers plenty of personality and a pleasing cherry-fueled finish. -*PinotFile* **(Around 9)** Light garnet in the glass, this wine smells of slightly meaty woodsmoke, green herbs, and red berries. In the mouth, bright raspberry and cherry fruit is alive with brisk acidity and nicely dark flavors of forest floor and green herbs. Lithe and beautiful, with excellent length and balance. -*Vinography*
