A Note about Summer Shipments
Our shipping rates are typically quoted for ground delivery. In the heat of the summer, we strongly recommend you consider 2-day or next-day shipping to protect against the harmful effects of heat damage to your wine. We can also hold your wine for you until the warm weather subsides and ship in the fall. Please contact us to consider either alternative.
Is Your State Not Listed?
We apologize, but your state probably prohibits wine shipments from out-of-state and/or international wineries. Please consider an alternative state for delivery, if possible.
When Will My Wine Arrive?
We will process your order within a week from receiving it. For "Direct Shipment" states, your wine will ship ground and take about 2-5 days to ship. For "3-Tier" states, we must ship through local distributors to legally deliver your wine to you. The shipping process can take 2-4 weeks, depending the state. We will e-mail you with an approximate delivery date.
Futures
When we offer futures for sales, please note that these will ship automatically when the wine is released. Please supply your e-mail address with your order, so we can notify you in advance of approximate delivery dates. While we require a credit card to reserve your futures purchase, we will not run the charges until the time of shipment.
Sales Tax
Many states require the collection of sales tax on out-of-state wine shipments. The following is a list of the sales tax rates which we are required to collect from you at the time of sale. If your state is not listed, you are among the fortunate few!
AZ 8.1%, CA 8.25%, CT 6%, DC 9%, IN 6%, MI 6%, NH 8%,
NJ 7%, NV 7.4%, NY 7.375%, VA 5%, WY 12%.
