Sweet and round, with sweet blackberry and plum flavors enlivened by a bright mineral element. Finishes on a note of cracked black pepper. 88 points

Kingston Family Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Casablanca Valley "Cariblanco" 2004 Light yellow color. Spicy, lemony and brisk on the nose, with a suggestion of orange pith. Firm and chewy, the lemon and lime flavors nicely lifted by notes of white pepper and dusty minerality. Finishes dry and firm, with juicy lime and lemon flavors and good length. 87 points
